UFL has 6 manufacturing plants for producing multilayer Poly Films, Zipper, Pouch, Biodegradable Poly and MBPP/SBPP Films at Jammu, Haridwar and Noida (India). The continued production capacity is for 6000 MT per month.
A latest state of the art plant manufacturing blown polyethylene films as per international standards are from Windmoller and Holscher and Reifenhauser from Germany, Brampton from Canada and Metallizer from Advance Machines of Germany.
All our equipment’s are IBC controlled and are capable of manufacturing maximum widths ranging upto 3200 mm. The machines are equipped with electronic process control (EPC) system and automatic feeding systems. Due to this, UFL is able to produce high clarity PE films and having best possible gauge control in Poly films.
UFL is producing Poly films in various thickness, ranging from 15 micron to 200 micron for various applications and make in transparent, opaque and semi- opaque and special colours e.g. Blue, Yellow, green and black etc.
