Manufacturing Facilities

UFL has two manufacturing plants for producing multilayer PE films in Jammu and Haridwar with soon to be production capacity of 72000 MT per annum of blown PE films.

A latest start-of-the-art plant, manufacturing blown Polyethelene films as per international standards is producing the world class PE films in Haridwar(Uttarakhand). This plant is equipped with highly sophisticated machines from Windmoller & Holscher and Reifenhauser of Germany and Brampton of Canada.

All our equipments are IBC controlled and are capable of manufacturing widths ranging upto 3200 mm. The machines are equipped with Electronic Process Control(EPC) system and Automatic Feeding Systems. Due to this, UFL is able to produce high clarity PE films and having best possible gauge control in PE films.

UFL is producing PE films in various thickness, ranging from 15 micron to 195 micron for various applications and make in transperant, opaque and special colours e.g. Blue, Yellow and Black etc.

Most of our pouches are made in Jammu plant.
